Click To EnlargeThank You Eau Claire Cavaliers Fans!!!

With the month of August upon us, another Eau Claire Cavaliers Summer Baseball Season has come to an end.

A big thank you goes out to all our advertisers, promotion sponsors, contributors and fans for their support in 2008. Without this support, it would be very difficult to field a team and provide the amateur baseball excitement that the Cavaliers have presented since their start in 1971.

Under new manager Mark McHorney, the Cavaliers finished with a 33-23 overall record. Included in this record was a very competitive schedule in the Wisconsin State Baseball League in which the Cavaliers finished 14-18 and a fifth place finish. Lombard Illinois Orioles won the league title wit a 25-2 record.

Home Cavaliers games at Carson Park featured plenty of exciting baseball moments. Combined with special promotional events and activities including two games with the U.S. Military Baseball Traveling Team, 2008 was another memorable year in the Cavaliers 38-year history.

Work has begun for the 2009 Cavaliers Baseball season. Announcements regarding tickets, the schedule and promotional events will be made public as information becomes available.

If you have questions regarding the Cavaliers, please call either (715) 834-3520 or (715) 838-9222 and we will make sure we answer your questions.

Thank you again for your support of the Cavaliers Baseball in 2008. We look forward to seeing you at Carson Park in 2009.
